“My story begins in my home country, where I spent a childhood marked by severe scarcity—ranging from a lack of clothing to, most importantly, a lack of food. At the time, I didn't view that poverty as something negative; however, during my adolescence, my mindset began to shift—despite numerous obstacles—and more profoundly with the arrival of my first daughter, who is now 22 years old. Once on American soil, I felt compelled to break that cycle of poverty; for in a land of opportunity, I bear the responsibility of securing a better future—one that my descendants can follow in my footsteps to achieve.

I was not responsible for the poverty of my own childhood, but I certainly was responsible for my children's childhood. Consequently, I sought out and surrounded myself with successful people—and, believe it or not, success is contagious—and we continue to learn to this day. In short, what motivates me to keep going day after day is seeing my children impressed by my achievements, knowing that they have the potential to not just follow in my footsteps, but to double or even triple my progress.”
